The city of Laguna voted yesterday to the panel to shut down their whole coast line to fishing. This article/poll may not carry much weight but it might raise a flag when they decide which map to vote in and if any changes are necessary. Please vote "No" on the link below. It's very easy, no registering, no name, no email, no phone number, just a simple click of "Yes" or "No".
