Puerto Vallarta Saltwater Fishing- Advice Needed

Im going on a family trip to Puerto Vallarta in Januray. I want to do some fishing, either shore fishing or on a boat(Depending on cost), Most likley shore fishing..

Does anyone know of any good fishing locations? Any recommendations?
