I was @ the Lake Irvine website and was checking out the fishing fee's, I'm thinking about camping 1 night and fish 2 days, I noticed a private boat launch fee, so it's $22.00 per day to fish $10.00 a day to launch my boat, $25.00 to camp, that would be a totol of $85.00?? are there any other fee's?

why is that? wow that is very expensive, $22.00 entry fee and another $10.00 to launch per day,and to think I was complaining when they raised the price to $20.00 @ my local lake, what a rip off!

Man I remember back in the 1960s it used to cost $2 to get in. Then they raised it to $5 and we couldn't believe it! What! Five bucks just to fish? That outragous! Fishing was great back then though. Of course there were no trout stocked that weighed more than 4 or 5 pounds either.

Boats used to only cost a couple hundred bucks to buy back then too

You guys at Irvine lake are getting a royal screwing. Maybe someday they will wake up and smell the Roses. There is Plenty more places to fish besides Irvine Lake They think they have a captive bunch of people, so they charge HIGH FEES. Just my thoughts!!!:Rolls Eyes: :Rolls Eyes: :Rolls Eyes:

I guess its in the eye of the beholder, & just about everyone that goes to the Vine loves it. Sure you can drive all over the state & pay alot more in gas making it cost the same, but if thats how you want to justify it so be it!!
