Do they stock strippers in the lower lake? Im thinking of going tomorrow and i want to use the tube. Can someone help me out with my question as soon as possible.

FYI stripers are not stocked in SoCal.
There are none in the lower lake.

There aren't any striper in the lower lake, however there are some monster LMB! The lower lake is great for LMB, trout, and panfish.
