They should be open.You can google at Malibu pier.They might even run boats now.

I don't recall them ever being closed, yes its open.......with a cafe at the foot of the pier and Ruby's at the end of the pier.

They fish a limited area south of the Pier,
which is the same or more distance for
MDR Boats!!! Which kinda dissapointed me
cuz I was hope-in that they would have gone north!!!
