View Full Version : Late Evening Bass Bite @ the "PUDD"... Thur. 10/08

Well, I will keep this post short since I'm exhausted right now from working & fishing all day. I was able to get off early from work so I decided to head over to the "PUDD" for a couple of hours and do some evening Bassin. Due to my limited time to fish, I had to select and pick a few high percentage spots to fish around the lake. And after fishing for a couple of hours or so, I was able to catch several fish from 3 to 6 1/2 pounds all on reaction baits.


Here is a photo of the biggest fish for the evening which weighed in @ 6 1/2 pounds on my digital scale:

Awsome fish...I used to fish the Pudd after work too. Awsome evening there this time of year. Too bad we don't get a little more light.

Yeah I agree.... And there are definitely some giants in there to be caught and the best time to catch them is during the night. So I'm still waiting for the first "Moonlight" fishing there just like how they do it for Castaic Lake but I don't think it will ever happen unless we put together a "FOPL" (Friends of Puddingstone Lake).
