Appreicate ALLl the imput I can get ... thus furthering the community here. Being sixty and you can imagine what I've been told ... in six different languages .... it's all about communication. :)

More than the way I 'present' material ... I'm surprised someone hasn't come out and screamed at me that I'm (logically) slamming the BS way they behave on the boats (indirectly) and busting their game that really P.O.s them !! ha ha ha

Not so much here on FNN but another site should have had someone !! :)

But you left out what you do .... follow up reservations, promote the landing, promote trips, get folks interested in fishing enough to become regular patrons, advertise landings activities, lend business sense to it all. handle all types of difficult folks that many of us anglers can be at times ....

It is amazing that the cook can hold that pose for so long!!

You mention lobster season and some guys on our last trip kept some skipjack for bait in their lobster traps. What is the bait of choice up there?

Mostly Mackerel. There's a flurry of small Bonito at the 'Shoe' now and some guys said they would use them. Catalilna anglers using Bonito too ! You can guess I'm dissappointed about the Bonito but .... I know it doesn't put a dent in the population.

Yes, I read your most excellent report and pics. People don't realize what WE sacrifice .... especially during a hot bite of any species in general ..... but more so Tuna and YT specifically .... when we take time-outs for real-time shots.

In time .... on a trip ... that takes away for fishing time. Wonder if moo-moo skippers ever think of that little detail !! :)

On the original member thing ... I believe I was a member of the site (different name) .... before the site (maybe different name also) .... before this final ... er .... present version. In the old days everyone kinda hit every site that existed ... ya the whole handfull !! ha ha ha

Great fun and hats off to Jeff and those that have weatherrd all the trials and tribulations connected with a successful site !!
