Castaic Lake 9-28-09 Stripers

Im gonna keep this one simple....Went to Castaic on Saturday Morning to do to some Striper Trolling and Boil hopping! We have only been to this lake a handfull of times, so we gave it our best effort. Our first hookup of the day was a double hookup. Then we switched it up and my Dad got one. Then I got one and then my Dad got one.. That was it. We are new to the Striper Hunt and we will keep on trying to get them. We did see 2 boils out there and we raced over but they were just a bit to far away!

Thanks Patrick for the reply. Yes, we added the Scotty Rod Holders to the boat recently for this purpose and they also came in handy the last couple of Catfish trips at Irvine. Thanks again and hopefully we can see you soon.
