easy recipe i like to make fries from scratch. :Cool:


2 large or 4 small baking potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 large clove fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Mix olive oil, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss in potatoes and mix well.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown

yea that sounds good. u can use any dipping sauce really. i prefer that asian sweet chili sauce by maploy or bbq sauce for fries or basically anything :LOL:
