Jenks lake 9-24-09

Headed up to jenks around 330. Got there suited up not much pressure on the lake. A few guys on the dock and 2 tubers in the water I was about to make the 3rd. Bite usually don't go off till sun goes down at about 5-530 the bite was picking up. Landed a nice pound 1/2 trout! Beautiful colors moss green on top with red-orange sides had my tube spinning put up a great fight. Caught 2 more trout and a 2 dink bass. Believe it or not was on the lake until 7pm! No ranger to kick us off! Was nice having the twilight hours being the only one on the lake. Bait used as usual was a white jig. Seems to be all i use cause they are killer! Throw a powerworm on the back of it for more action. Sorry no pics was cold as hell out there after 6pm. Tight lines...

I live at the bottom of the hill from Jenks and Iam always saying next week , next week for sure , but whey to busy . evening bites are the best for sure . Thanks for sharing .
