Junior bass clubs in socal?

Hey Guys/Gals,

Does any1 have any info regarding Bass clubs for juniors?
Is there any adults Bass clubs that allow junior members?

I have a very good friend that would like to become a Professional
Bass fisherman that is only 14 years old. That is his only ambition
in life so any help would be appreciated. He currently lives in Upland
so anything close would be great.
