went out today w the grandpa cuz he finally got the boat fixed its been in the baot yard for months now basic matinence zincs etc but the big problem was the oil tank of bothe the 1220 horsepower cat diesel engies rust out dues to some saltwater that somehow leaked in so both had o be taken out completley to get to the oil pans wheich were at the very bottom of course so to the fishing
leave early this morning knowing this was only goin to be a half day trip hit the avalon bank right around daybreak not a soul in sight find a paddy and within 20 seconds im bit big big bull dodo but for somereason he make a bline stright for the boat actually hits the hull head on and the goes underneath wraps in the props fish gone
move closer to the slide find another paddy and its about the size of a desk and man there were fish underneath it and birds everywhere but only the dods wanted to play picked up 3 fish and moved on to the slide and started the troll for the marlin
had 2 eals out purple/black mean joe green the marlin magic ruckus deep deep back tdown the center in a secret color and a few tuna feathers up close to the boat in the prop wash
anways started trolling the slide towrds the 267 and within a mile boom knowdown but cam unbuttoned on the purlple and balcke eal
get alomst to the 267 start twards the 209 and 2 miles from the hi spot boom andother knock downthis one stayed on a few minutes longer but went deep and somehow we lost its again thats its for the days not too many pics camera fell in the bait tank
