First WSB from the docks 9/17

Me and my bro went to check out the boat we will be hopefully fishing on this weekend and brought some gear to fish the docks while were there. The fish were going nuts on the surface. Lots of spanish jacks, sandbass, tomcod, queenfish, and WSB!

I got 2 WSB...only one made it out of the water. My bro got 1 WSB

I only got a pic of his first ever WSB...It was a short...but still a WhiteSeaBass

all the ones caught were short...there might be a legal swimming around there somewhere. All fish were carefully released to fight another day.

The WSB put up a good fight. I was fishing in Huntington Harbor and caught a few short white Sea Bass too. What harbor is your boat in?

nice! the only wsb i've ever caught was a short and it was off a dock too.

My first and on WSB was on a dock in HH. Fought great for a small fish. Can't imagine what a 50lb+ one feels like. Nice job on those WSBs. Looked great for just checkin out a boat.
