GOT A LAST MINUTE POSTPONEMENT OF REG WORK SO IT WAS OFF TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING AT THE OTHER OFFICE. TROLLED AND STOPPED ON BOIS ALL MORNING,ONE STOP I HIT THE END OF A BIG BOIL ,WORKING THE FLAT WATER WHEN ABOUT HALF WAY IN MY SPOOK GOT SLAMMED AND WENT STRAIGHT DOWN WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT UP IT WAS A BASS AND STRIPEY TOGETHER. THE TROLLING AND BOILS WERE GOOD ALL DAY ON BOTH BASS AND STRIPERS. KOOLY SHOWED UP FOR THE AFTERNOON TRIP AND THE SLAY CONTINUED, WE RELEASED ALOT OF FISH AND HAD A COOL DAY IN ALL THE SHADE THE CLOUDS PROVIDED, I SAW SO MANY DEER IN THE MORNING I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD,,,,,,,,,,,t/o

man what a day that was, and a blessing to say at that!

Was real tough earlier in the day for me...But Uncle Bob always knows how to bring in the sunshine while fishing-

Got there by 12pm..to walk down to the ramp and vioala..BOILS!!! i was trying to get some gear out, but i later noticed, that my tackle was gone..oh yeah, at the bottom of Castaic! ARRRGGGHHH- I look over, and there is Uncle B like a little kid on the Phenom cast'n away, and slayin on the boils!

Like T.O. said, it was a beautiful day on the lake- There were hardly anyone skiing, lots of fisherman, and little overcast..There was 1 boil in particular that came into my mind...we were movin from one end to the other end, when we caught this glimpse of a huuuge boil..these were the boys we've been lookin for..FTSGary said something about this, as i recall...knowing how far i could launch my topwater, TO SAYS get it done kooooly!!! no hesitation, and adrenaline running, i threw out my top water lure, just 5' from the school and was ready to get SLAMMED, when this lady and guy just roll up all quick over the boil in a ctr console, and just about on top of my lure...course you know what happens next. bye bye boil...that was pretty frustrating, and pretty lame. After saying how much we loved them, we took off lolz.
we found good spots, and we started metering another school- ...not long before we saw that, we get a double double!! this happened about 4 times- it was a hot bite...What a way to end the day- I got some redemption on MR stripey- I anticipate the Stripers to cost me $1,000 of pure fun, and it pretty much took the pain of losing my gear- from 2-7lbrs! Uncle Bobs slayfest continues on the salmanoid phenom...

We were talkin to trolly too- Great stories!! mann..:Wink:

Thank you Uncle B- Not enough words...but, you are truly a slaying machine!

Get reserved on the stripers only tour, or trout, or bass...and you'll be smilin like kewly.

ps the BASS that TO caught was a solid 5lbr while the stripey was a clean 3lbr! Uncle B was telling me how he caught a double...i was like uhhuh...then he showed me the real double hookup, ON 1 LURE. PIMP STICK- is ready.
