I was there yesterday for almost 3 hours. I was hoping to get some cat fish bait for tonight fishing but got none. Almost got skunk if you don't count a little crab.
Wind was howling and big waves.
Only a few people got 1 or 2 macs.
A lot of sardines in the water before sunset. A few bonita got landed (small size) before sunset. That was it for the whole pier.
There were some snaggers at beginning of the pier. They got 4-5 big (30" +) corbinas and one lemon shark. Obviously, they were not scare or looking out for DFG because everyone can see what they are doing.
