From a fish taxidermist's point of view, those are some very nice photos! Fun to look at. Do you know what kind of eel that was? I wish I could see a side view of it's head. Judging from the way you are holding it, it's not a Moray! NPH ?

yes it was from nph on dead jack smelt and yes I know exactly what it is. it is a yellow snake eel there supposed to be in baja but i guess you never know what you are going to catch!! tight lines
