LOL,, WOOPS,,I MEANT 9/6/09,,,,Im going braindead i guess
Finally got a chance to do a little fishing,,,.
AND SOME CATCHING!! DUCT STYLE:Big Grin:
Went out with a buddy for a few hrs,,11pm till 3am.
FISHING WAS GOOD!!!
16 hookups
dozens of hits
11 landed
4 kept between 22 and 24 inches.
Found a little spot where 2 currents came togather<CLUE>and that was where most were caught.
Moss was present but was the canal was still fishable.
Water was really flowing hard.
Heres a pic of the 4 we kept,my son and my ole hound dog

ya they put in gates so you cant drive up the hill anymore they lock em after dark but now i just go thew the orchar on the 166 side

way to go TB, Glad its starting back up.. I sure did serioulsy think about the midnight striper/morning dove hunt mission.

Still just flurries of good action followd by slow,slow,slow conditions!!.
moss is improveing and flows are getting better,,,BUT STILL JUST HIT AND MISS.
FALL and WINTER nighttime bite RULES:Big Grin:,,,,Maby we should all meet up then and shed some striper blood!!!!
