Well I went to SFD for the first time today and it was great. The lake is much bigger than i thought. Well I got there at open 6:30 i did my little hike on the north side of the lake, damn what a walk. I was using soft plastic worms Texas rig, using a spin rod with 6lb test line. My line finally touched the water at around 7ish. After that it got dead. So i went back home to eat lunch took a nap and came back at around 4. I fished the whole north shore and nothing so i decided to work the paddle boat area. It was already about 7 and wham got a small large mouth bass right when the worm hit the water. nothing to brag about either but better than a skunk. http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/1812/0904091921.jpg

Cant wait to hit up SFD again, now i want to try tubing it and see if i can catch the bog ones:Envious:

good job on the bass there is some big ones in there i fish there all the time. well i hope there is big ones in there left, alot of people been taking a bunch home well maybe ill see you there sometime im usually there during the week well see you there
