Glen Helen...again & again

Seems to me I found myself a relaxing area to fish that is only 3 min. away from home.

Fished Glen Helen 4 weeks running and been very successful Catching Lots of Blue Gill and Catfish...last weeks total was 33 Blue Gill (small) 5"...great feeling and fun to catch, Catfish are a bit picky, so i decided to try my Marinated stink Hotdogs...caught only 4... Well hopefully i can learn to post picks so i can show you all my C&R fish.

Mackarel has been letting me down for the catfish. good stuff on the catches. is there any in your pond still?

yes...the big ones. There pretty tasty dude. Deep fried..come through some time to make your own catch..you can cook me some too! lol.

Ive caught channel cats there and at Yucaipa lake on trout power bait also. They like the scent and it floats.
