- Sutton is supported, backed, payed by the Packard Foundation.

-The packard Foundation has put up 32 million dollars to keep the MLPA process moving forward (so they could close large areas of the coast line to all forms of fishing). If it wasn't for them we wouldn't be loosing our right to fish.

-The Packard foundation is the driving force behind the MLPA process (fishing closures).

-The packard foundation would like to put an end to all forms of fishing all together.

-If Sutton is backed by Packard Foundation he will be in favor of closing down as much of the coast to fishing as he can get away with.

How soon would it be before the reserve act goes through?

The blue ribbon task force is supose to complete the process this year so possibly as early as Jan 1, 2010 but I am not really sure about that though.
