Red Drum

Went out for an afternoon fishing session with Jason “jscrib” aboard my little tin fish catching vessel “Red Drum”. The winds were mild, the seas were flat, and the fish were on the chew.

And another picture of the fire from the water. Looks like someone dropped a bomb.

Here I’m with a nice chunky Turd-Roller.

We also trolled inshore for awhile hoping for a wayward WSB but we only could catch a bunch of Mackerel. Here I am with a double on a jointed Rebel plug.

Besides catching over twenty Sand Bass, a bunch of Sculpin, Brown Rockfish and Senorita’s, we also caught about a dozen of these pesky Calico Bass when it got dark.

Had another fun afternoon catching a bunch of fish in the Bay and only burned 2.5 gallons of gas…sweeeet! Can’t wait to get back out on the water. HOOK-UP!!

Till next tide,
