Heard they were doing fire prevention burns ... I guess they didn't prevent?

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't here about this until now, I will be going up there on Sept 9th, it says 50 % contained, possible closure of Tioga road at any time, and road closures near Big Oak. Tamarack and Crane Flats Campgrounds are closed. Hopefully they can get a handle on it before the Labor Day crowds or there will be alot of kids missing out on seeing that awesome place. H4F
