Commercial fish smoking in LA

Hey all, I just got back from Port Renfrew, Canada, with a nice pair of spring salmon. I'd like to smoke some of the filets but the job is too big for my trusty mini-Chief. Anybody know of a commercial fish processor/smoking place around LA (near Culver City/LAX preferably) that will do smaller orders for game fisherman? It's about 15-20 lbs total.

I noticed a place near downtown LA, just east of Alameda, around 6th St. I don't know if they serve the public or take walk-ins, but there is a place that deals in smoke fish there. Just out curiosity, I looked them up.
