when i was down in npb, there were tons of beds of your typical sand crabs, but while i was digging, i found this really weird looking one, it was all white and it actually had pincers and really long antenae and would attack the other crabs, any idea what it was?

sounds like bait to me hahaha. sounds like a shrimp of some kind

it wasnt a shrimp though because it looked exactly like a sand crab...just white, and actually had little claws. it didnt have a tail like a shrimp

i was looking at that too, but the images of mole crabs also brought up pictures of sand crabs, maybe it was just a male sand crab hence, no eggs
