Aloha Fellow Fisher Peps
Jr. & I had a chance to slip away for a few hours in the am.(8-11)
Jr. caught some (candy) live smelt with the shabiki.
We got all set with a few rigs. It was slow at first. Got slammed
on a senko while we watched & waited the bait rigs. Only to come
un-buttoned with in a few feet of visual ID. Darn it...hate when that happens.
Second hook-up is a nice shovelnose. Jr. did a great job on this one. Almost
lost it to the moorings. Third & final hook up of the outting was a nice dogfish.
Had quality time with Jr....both CPR of course.
Loved the overcast, BTW...what happened to our summer weather ?

i've created a fishing monster. i love to see jr's passion of fishing like me. he's definately got
the itch to go everytime.
