Left at 6, got home by 9. Hit a couple siphons near the grapevine.
Trailblazer got 5. 4 stripers to 4 lbs and one nice 3 lb largemouth, which I forgot to save the pic on the phone. Sorry TB!
As for me I had one hit which I missed. Had fun watching Trailblazer work his magic though.

Had a great time fishing with you ,c,bait,,,,,,,Some good spots out there for sure,,,,,,,That pic of the bleeder was for all the BLOODLOVERS ,,LOL.

1/2 oz lh with a ZOOM super fluke.
Seems to be the only thing i can fish right now cause of all the suspended moss in the water collumn!!

Nice going out there. Ever try a bucktail? Was the salad bad? I heard it is back in my neck of the woods. I need to get out and fish but if the salad is back, it's going to be tough.

Yep,,,bucktails work too,,but the zooms seem to work best for me.
salad was bad also,,,,,,Tried the rattle baits<KPN SKINNY SHAD,,and the JERKBAITS but they fouled with moss on the 1st couple feet of every cast.
Flow was moderate to hvy!!!!
Tons of threadfin came up just at sunset<good sign!!!!

Yes that is a great sign. I have seen everything in the duct this year except for any shad yet.

Was really good to see some shad again,,,,,they wer the 2in mid summer versions,,,,got a really good look at ALOT of them,,,seen a few lightning fast WHITE flashes under them too:Big Grin:,,,Just like old times!!!!
