Last fews days at Peck!!

Work has been slow this week we are inbetween projects so I have taken advantage of this by fishing Peck resv every morning this week.


This has been about the average fish

Most of these fish are coming on crank baits, but I get few in the morning on plastic brown robo worms and robo MM's seem to be working right now.
I can't get anything on top water right now. there are a few spots on the resv that are better than others, the banks are very slippery and the water is going down about 6"+ a day.

You guys should try the river if you want carp. Well... I dont know how it is now but when i used to go i would get triple hook ups with home made dough.

No doubt I see really big carp, as for the river we kick butt over at the river we use 3 & 4 wt fly rods, what a thrill ride, last summer I broke a rod on a carp.
