Bolsa Shorties

Arrived at Bolsa 5.30am to take a shot
at some Halibutt on the low tide.
Waitin in line a little late this time,as the
usual is 5am. to beat the surfers through the gate!!!
OH!!! wait a minute :Rolls Eyes: I guess that is not fully true
cuz, really the whole truth is, I WANT TO BEAT THE
LOCALS DOWN TO THE JETTY !!! :ROFL:
Bunch of cool 20-30 year Bolsa- Woodstock, baby boomer
veterano's when it comes to fishin that area!!!
Very hospitalbable and informative,just got to prefer them
in respect first when it comes to they fishin their accustomed
spots!!!:Wink: UNLESS you get there FIRST!!!:ROFL:
WELL!!! I got there first!!! (pretty selfish huh?) :ROFL:
Was down there for an hour before anyone showed up, :Shocked:
Went to the point of the jetty first cast SHORTIE !!!
Two hours later, another shortie, and that was it for me.
There was three of us fishin to about 10am..
One guy snagged a 35-40in halibutt on a 1/4oz. Kastmaster, and got
it in 4inches of water!!! it flipped and shook the hook!!!
MAN that sucker was BIG!!!
