LOL I used the Calypso for like 2 trips for trolling striper.... It worked well doesn't feel like a medium light though? feels more heavier and has good backbone.... But I use My Cal-Star GFGR 700M and Shimano Talavera Heavy action rod..... sooooo I will not use it..... I don't use the Bill Dance either,,, I have more then I need and don't need that one,it's a decent rod though....lol....
