Didn't go to SB pier today ended up in long beach. Disappointing for me. Thinkin about trying cabrillo soon anyone know what's good?

thats my "home" pier LOL...been fishing it since i was a kid. Havent been there in a few weeks. Last time i was there...there were some short halibut caught, some smelt, mackerel, rays, calicos....In the past ive also caught sculpin, sargo, barracuda, bonita, walleye perch, sand bass, buttermouth perch, lizard fish, croakers.... Try towards the end of the pier with ghost shrimp, anchovies, swimbaits. Before you put any of the fish in your bucket...take a look at the water and give it a second thought.

Bring your #2 snelled hooks, frozen little fishies, and spark plugs for sinkers...youll fit right in ry...lol
