Leaving LB harbor at 9am sharp. The Icon 1/2day boat fishes from 9am to 3:30 pm on weekdays.

It was nice and flat with a little overcast today.

People had plenty of fish to take home today.

I took home just enough for a meal or two and gave the rest away.

I fished the surface iron all day and caught about 15 plus barracuda.
Fishing was good, it was a steady bite throughout the day. I would like to thank the crew aboard the Icon for all their hard work. This was my first time aboard the Icon, and I was very please with how the boat fishes. Imo I think the captain runs a nice little operation. I'll be back whenever I get the urge to do another 1/2day run. The fish count according to sportfishingreport.com was 21anglers, who caught 174 Sand Bass and 166 Barracuda.
