last friday night, i decided to give the old fly rod a rest, and take a class on how to do that bait casting stuff.
this is what i've learned so far.

this is only temporary primo. i need to learn the feel of the bass strike before furthering my use of the fly.

If it's a streamer, It'll feel stuck.
If it's topwater, you'll know it happened...
Just remember hook sets are free.
Don't waste any opportunity to swing on everything, even if it's maybe just weeds.

really, you didn't like it much? nothing beats the fly rod, right? i'll let you know when my palm start getting peach fuzz. lol
