Got to lake around noonish... Left around 5ish

target species: CARP!!!
Water clarity: dirty
water level: little low
wind: it was pretty breezy

1st time on the lake so when I went into campground area I wanted to get away from the wind!!!

The main shoreline was pretty choppy so I went into the cove where the rental boas are....

It was hidden from the wind... Shallow sandy (perfect for carp!)

kill count 20 carp
weight: 35 pounds
money: $8.75 <-- not bad!

No pics, all Dinks averaging 1.5-2lbs but fighters on 2lb test!!!!

***for bait and rig set up shoot me a p.m and I'll b glad 2 let you know!!!

Yep they pay you 25 cents for every pound of carp you catch.... Making it fun and adds a sense of competition... Which I like!

WOw that is a great day out.. Go fishing and make some loot to boot.. Sounds like some real fun.. Get a bunch of hard fighting fish then go collect a check for them..

TeamSantana, I was wondering why it only cost you $8.75 when it cost me $12 last friday. I guess I should fish for Carp more often.
