nice job out there!!!! man the aftermath just made me hungry for some fresh catfish! going out soon and just they way i like nice and simple cornmeal salt and pepper! there is another season i use once and a while and i actually use it on everything else to fish beef chicken and...... u get the picture. it is called scotts jezebels seasoning very good stuff only takes little bit very tasty here is the website http://www.scottsfoodproducts.com/seasonings/jezebelSpicySpice.htm
its is not hot good spice though
