Youtube help

How do post youtube videos on this forum? I know how to post the link, but I want to post it so there is an image that you click on. The video itself will also play inside the forum. Is it even possible on this forum? Does anyone know how this is done, Thanks Pokerface.

My guess they dont allow youtube videos to be embeded on this site.
