I am the person who actually booked the 3/4 day trip to Catalina on July 11that was cancelled. I just want to reiterate that i received a full refund of the deposit the next business day with an apology.
I was also informed from them that they will email photos of the damaged deck along with any documents showing that the boat has not been on the water since July 10.
I have then spoken to David (scheduler from spirit sportfishing)that as soon as the boat is fixed he is offering a discounted trip for our inconvenience.
The reason for this posting is to clear the neg feedback from websites made by people i don't even know regarding my trip,,and damaging the reputation of this small charter business.
