Haha, just joking. I don't condone live lizard bait.

From the backyard that brought you the Praying Mantis, the tiny worm like Blind Snake, full grown Tarantulas and the giant black Centipedes,

I caught me an Aligator Lizard in the garage this morning and released him back outside! Little tiny guy though! When I was like 10 years old we used to catch huge aligator lizards that were llike 2-3 feet long and were wild suckers and would bite like crazy and eat pinky mice. This guy exhibited the same traits of threatening with his bite and pooping all over when I caught him. Nasty little lizards if you have to tango with the adults!

And here is another big one on the neighbors' house. I see these things all over. I have seen them larger, but this one is pretty big. I think it's just a giant blue belly. Awesome colors! You can kinda tell how big it is by comparing it to the window. Maybe almost a foot long! Big sucker but I have seen bigger!

I wish I could have them. GF freaks out about animals and probably best if I just stick to feeding the hawaiin micro lobsters for now. If I had it my way I'd still have my veil chameleons and Salamanders and Tegus. Maybe even a small bass pond out back..

Cool little guy Casey! He's already had a tangle with a larger predator. Had his original tail break off. You can tell that by the way his tail has grown back. A little stubbier and the color of the "new" tail doesn't match with the body's coloring. Looks like he/she has shed it's old skin recently also. Has the bright coloration of new skin. The really cool thing about Aligator Lizards is that one of their primary foods are Black Widow Spiders and their egg sacks. Spider venom doesn't affect this lizard. Also that other striped lizard is a Granite Spiny Lizard, I see them all over the Riverside area. Neat looking lizard. Thanks for sharing the pics bro!

Nice looking lizard. All we have are the ugly fence lizards. There's lots of them in my backyard when it get's hot.
