Anyone have any recomendation what to use what set up i dont surf fish to often not sure what to bring.

low tide at sunset in all so i Decided to hit up hunington pier today i got to fish for two hours. i managed to catch a small leo also a nice yfc, a perch also a black goby.fun day i also saw a bird eat a small little pancake i was like hey thats not leagal !!!!!!!!!!!
