Was looking at the counts during the week and since they were good called my buddy from az up. I know it was really slow for the entire fleet. We got our first ablie at 1130ish on the troll. At about 230 I caught my first ever ablie on the troll and some else pick one up also. That was it for the ablies. There were a lot of schools of bluefin around but only one wanted to play. One guy caught a nice big bluefin and 1 guy lost one. We started to see paddy's and they was no one home or we caught a yellow or two. I ended up catching a nice yellow, only my 2nd one. I was using 20 as my bigger setup went to my buddy. It almost spooled me cause I let so much line out when he hit. They moved the boat towards the fish and I ended up landing him after at least 25 minute fight. Very slow day but I had fun. Still new to the tuna fishing but I love it. Fished saturday
