This will be my first year tubing the Sierras. My question is, are there any requirements, fees, regulations, etc., I need to be aware of at any of the lakes in the Mammoth area? From what I remember I think George requires a $5 launch fee for tubers. A couple of years ago my buddy set me up with his tube at Twin Lakes, and after gearing up we just started fishing without any problems.
