All,

I have a question for all of the harbor fishermen...............
How has the fishing been in the harbor at Newport?
I was planning on renting one of their skiffs in the next couple of weeks in hopes of catching a hali or two.
Any and all info is greatly appreciated on numbers and tactics.

I will be skiffing this saturday (can't wait)! I'll do a report when I get back :-)
