Got a late start to castaic today, hit the water for a few hours before the weekend mayhem..Decided I was going to fish strictly the points off the main body, and back in some coves. run and gun style. Crawler on one, gulp on the other. If they didn't bite within a few mins, on to the next one. Bass bite was as good, nailed a half a dozen LMb, and 4 stripers, 1 lone blue gill on the GULP! godd 4 hours of fishing.
makes me wanna go back and fish strictly bass!! Broke in the new shimano stick(6lb outfit). I will post pics after work, gotta go! OFF to Pyramid tomorrow...Sunday piru, and maybe Hunington/Piru on monday.
