lake perris boat inspections

anyone know how strict the perris boat inspection is my arents are going out w friends on friday just for a relax trip with their friends just wondering how strict the inspections are

Last time I was there I didn't have anyone inspect my boat at all. Pulled in, launched, fished all day and never had anybody say a word to me about inspecting my boat.

as far as ive heard just make sure everything is dry.

Make sure plug is out and all compartments are dry. Make sure no debris on boat and trailer and they should be good. And remember not to put ice in the boats ice chest until after the inspection.

I was there 2 weeks ago to test some jet skis I was gonna buy, and yea make sure everything is dry. any kinda mostiure they wont let it by...

If you've been to other lakes too don't mention it. It can make them look harder for reasons not to let you in if the lake you went to has had mussels reported in the past.
