$50 is not going to get you much in the way of quality.......seen alot of people selling nice tubes for about $100.

i got my waders for around 50$on sale at sports authority and fins ive seen them as low as 20$ as high as 60$.so i think 50$tube is half the battle.ive seen fins on craigs list for like 20$.just take the time and shop around you will find what you need in your price range,good luck

The total cost to start fishing from a tube will vary.

Things you will need:

Float tube = $100+
Waders = $50+
Life Vest = $5.00 at walmart
Fins = $20+
Whistle =$1 at the dollar store

This is a basic list of what you will need. You can get started for under $200

Do i need boots

No. I have found that the waders with the neoprene boots are the best bet. Just don't do to much walking on rocks and concrete while wearing the waders or you might get holes in the feet.

Yeah both of them do. You can get alot of the basic stuff from your local walmart and the tube from ebay or craigslist.

Dropshotking,
I have a semi new cat float tube that I purchased back in May of this year. I have used this unit four times only. I also have the fins, two rod holders, wader, boots, air pump and the ancher. If you are interested I can take a picture and send it to you. I am asking for $350 dollars for everything. I payed $550 for everything.
