Twilight Calico

With Megan's Mom and brother away at Berkley for a few days, it was just the two of us until tuesday. I promised her a day at the lake on Monday, so sunday we just kicked back by the pool.... or did we? Actually we did, but then we hopped on the twilight boat (Clemente) out of Dana Point for a very nice Calico bite. We left the harbor and went 20 min. south. Many shorts ensured nonstop action, at one point (just before sundown) we even got them to boil in the chum-line. Megan ended up with 4 nice keepers and I managed 7. It looks like we have another batch of fresh bass for the cedar planks.
