Sand Bass are starting to chew on the flats and the traditional spots, twilights have been good as well. Izors Reefs are good starting points, you can find the numbers on the DFG website under artificial reefs. If you are stuck for a spot, the break wall can be very productive. Fish need structure, and the wall provides miles of it. Just remember you need conditions any spot you go, for a good bite. Water temp, clarity, favorable current and wind.
Sometimes the window when they all come together lasts a few minutes to a few hours.
