If you want freshwater theres baqutis lagoon there a rock pit on oceanside blvd and el camino real on the north east corner for saltwater you have habor jetty harbor fishing pier in front of power plant in carlsbad encinitas lagoon :Fishing Catch::Fishing Hole::EyePop:
