New BBQ.....

I think I am ready to get a new Webber 22" Kettle BBQ. The one I have is 5 years old and the lid is dented and hard to stay on. With the Webber Kettle BBQ's the lid is KEY. You must not drop the lid :!!!::!!!::!!!: I used some channel locks on it tonight and its going to work for a while. Anyone know of any sales on Webber 22" kettle BBQ's ? I think 5 years ago I paid $ 90 bucks for it. I am sure its got to be close to the same . If I can find one on sale and save a few buck thats cool.

Oh, by the way, I am Qing Bill Baileys Santa Maria style Tri-Tip. & chicken breasts that I put EVOO and spices . They both are slow grilling. Should be tasty for the next 2 days.:Big Grin::Wink:

Ok King of the hill fan. I like my Webber Kettle that burns coals. Tastes better. And there is a art to grilling with or without coals.



I just took the chicken off. It will take 20 min. or so more for the Tri-Tip. Boy its going to be good.

Sansou, I have seen and touched the Ranch 76 " kettle. Man was I drooling just thinking of the stuff I could grill all at the same time on it. I would buy it but where I saw it at Home Depo., they wanted $ 999.00 for it and I am in no way going to pay that . I would pay $ 499.00 though. I wish I had that grill. Oh Man that is the Grill Mastrers Dream Q for sure.

You do need a flashlight ( torch as the English say ) when grilling at night and there is no light sorce around. You don't want to burn your grub:Big Grin::Wink:
