i believe the latest is either 30 min before or after sunset, i cant remember which

security doesn't care how long you stay. all night if you want.
if you do something stupid, they just call the cops and then they will make you leave.
the sign says 30 after sunset. but thats because if theres no time limit, EVERYONE will stay there. They need a time so they can enforce it if they HAVE to, legally.

If your homeless, you can basically stay all night. I know of people that had to live there thru reasons of their own choice. Not funny.
