Been trying to hook up with my sister (Susan) and her husband (Joe) and take them to NPH to experience some spottie action, thye areboth Novice fisher people. So Igot off work at 2000 and met them at our designated spot at 2100 for their first ever Drop Shot Lesson.

Joe's first cast resulted in this! (I think he is a natural when it comes to drop shotting)

Was not more than a few casts later and he got this little butt.

A very short time later and after a small move he landed his first ever Spottie, not a big one, but still a Spottie.

Susan decided not to let Joe catch all the fish and followed up with this one. This is her first ever Spottie as well.

We made some moves and I showed them my usual spots. It was windy so they were a little hesitant about casting near the boats and private docks. We caled it a night at 2400. I got one spottie right before we left.

All in all I call it a good night for their first time there and learning this new technique and getting some fish and it was good for me to spend time with both of them!
